to have a barf basket one must hold a basket of barf or excreted material in their v-g-n-/v-g-n-‘s for long periods of time. when said material (barf) stays in the v-g-n-l area for a period of time it creates barfies. barfies are crazy little aliens that primarily reside in the colorado area.
