the act of propositioning a woman (usually your/someone elses mother) for a bit of bitty via the medium of telephone.
jeff: “but mum, i want bitty”
mother: “c’mon jeff, you had bitty this morning”
jeff: “i want bitty now!”
mother: “quit bitty calling me!”
