2. getting outbid by another contestant by a contestant after you at the one bid game on the show ‘the price is right.’
“i was on ebay yesterday and thought i was gonna win it for 100 bucks, then some guy bid 101 at the last minute. i got bob barker’d!”
barker: “how much do you bid?”
man: “1380.”
barker: “and whats your bid, ma’am?”
woman: “1381”
barker: “actual retail price, $1400.”
man: “d-mn!”
to spay or neuter. after bob barker’s famous lines, “have your pets spayed or neutered”, at the end of every show.
