he is known virtually by the generality of west canada, boss chen is infamous for his many run-ins with the law. he is not to be confused with the typical “honger”, as the media recognize him as an outlaw who just does not give a f-ck nigguh. extreme cautious must be practiced when using this term, as there is severe negative connotations attached related to organized crime.
