boy points
the junior version of guy points. these are points awarded for performing regular boy tasks like catching a frog, stomping on an ant pile, or getting a black eye. there is no such thing as girl points, but a girl can earn boy points for doing something a boy would do.
the movie “stand by me” is the gold standard for how to earn boy points. gordy, teddy, chris and vern all have enough boy points to last a lifetime.
