buff as hell
adjective: a hyperbolic reference to the superbly high level of one’s physical apt-tude; one for whom this describes is quite strong, the likes of rocky balboa and chuck norris, to name but a few well-known figures who fit the bill as being “buff as h-ll”.
church norris, like his hero rocky balboa, is buff as h-ll, as is evidenced by his washboard abs and perfectly cut pecks.
