Burger Night
the annual celebration of burgers on an evening anytime during the last week of may or first week of june.
friends and family get together to celebrate such a versatile and enjoyable food and reflect on their thoughts about burgers whilst partying.
a smorgasbord of burger fillings are laid out for guests to create their own burger.
prior to guests eating, everyone as a group pledges their life to appreciating burgers for what they are and also celebrating burger night annually (they will either celebrate in future years with the same people or perhaps host their own burger night, introducing new people to burger night)
the first known burger night was celebrated in brisbane, australia in 2000 and has now been celebrated in many countries around the world.
i’m looking forward to burger night this year. i always have pineapple on mine and my sauce goes between my meat and tomato.
