is a surgical procedure in which one or more incisions are made through a mother’s abdomen (laparotomy) and uterus (hysterotomy) to deliver one or more babies, or, rarely, to remove a dead fetus.

usually used in teenage circles as a means of teasing, it defines a person who is beyond a virgin; a kid so sad that he has never had a v-g-n-, never seen a v-g-n-, and never even came out of a v-g-n-.
