Capizzi Chair
a special chair, first used by a teacher in philly, that has three walls around it blocking the occupants view.
the only downside that it sometimes causes other students to have to suffer through the whining of the child occupying the chair, or even the possibility of the child attempting to move to neighboring desks.
the prefix “capizzi” can also be used to describe any device used for student punishment.
example: capizzi gun, capizzi grenade, capizzi knife
“steve was bein a real -ss, so farber moved him back to his capizzi chair”
“don’t start or i’ll make you sit in the capizzi chair”
