a tard hired by a retailer to collect shopping carts. derogatory term for same. note: although this description is based on people with various developmental disabilities, it should be understood that they are generally working to the best of their abilities and are therefore blameless. this term is best applied to allegedly normal people who are severely underachieving.
i couldn’t find anything carry my stuff because the cart tard was too busy picking his nose for a snack.
