Cell Gangsta
a prison inmate who tries to act tough from behind his or her cell door by yelling names or other derogatory statements at either another inmate or a corrections officer. this is usually done when said inmate believes that most likely they won’t be identified.
like a true cell gangsta, charlie waited until the c.o. was out of range before talking trash on him.
