certified public accountant- a professional accountant who has p-ssed a series of extensive exams administered by the american inst-tute for cpas (aicpa). the cpa is qualified to represent cases before the irs. the cpa may also provide consulting services, tax or financial advice, audit and attestation services, and general accounting tasks.
having fun with numbers and a love for turning the mess of other ent-ties into a simple and accurate spreadsheet.
myself and others licensed by their respective state boards of accountancy to use the cpa designation and hold themselves out to the public as “accountants.”
oh cr-p, the investors, creditors, management, and qualifying governmental ent-ties need financial information, better call a certified public accountant.
