traditionally it has meant a day with gorgeous weather that would encourage tourists to visit and companies to relocate to a particular area. in atlanta, it means a mid-october sat-rday when it is 65 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, and you are out drinking on a patio with a woman who has no problem going down on you after your second date…
