someone who is extremely different, which isn’t always a good thing. you either love it, or hate it. they also tend to snap unreasonably, so watch what you say. you never know when you’re going to set the bomb off.
a chandee would say “hey help me cheat on my test, or i’ll eat you!!”
excessively- high maintenance person or thing.
