Chaudhry
the prestigious t-tle/surname ‘chaudhry’ (which is usually pr-nounced in a strong accent) originates from the middle east in asia and means the “holder of four” in its literal sense. however, it refers to the status and wealth (regarding money and land) of a certain small percentage of people from countries such as iran, pakistan and afghanistan (and others into which its people have migrated to over the years).
