chicken korma
an awesome, creamy northern indian (asian indian, not native american) dish with a yoghurt base, that is generally less spicy than most indian dishes. it generally has a hint of sweetness from coconut milk. some spices include coriander, c-min, and garlic.
if you are going to get indian food for the first time, it is a good introduction to their cusine without overpowering your tastebuds.
it is generally served with rice or naan.
i wasn’t in the mood for anything too spicy tonight, so i got some amazing chicken korma from one of the five indian restaurants within walking distance from my apartment.
