chihuahua mentality
also known as the small dog mentality; a shorter individual who is exceptionally loud and aggressive – usually to taller people – due to insecurities about being short and presumptions about the tall person judging this.
this can be commonly observed in the animal world; e.g. the way a small dog reacts with a larger one.
david: bro, i keep getting mugged by that shinkicker over there.
