any girl or woman of mexican heritage, who has either shaved or plucked their eyebrows, and has re-drawn them back on, usually way too high to appear normal, as two half circles over their eyes in the middle of their foreheads (like clowns). they usually are obese, loud, think they are hot, and dress like sk-nks and are always ready to fight.
