(cl-t-tor-ratti) 1. used in reference to person’s genitalia, only if that person is of questionable morality, who has had a great number of s-xual partners. 2. someone who enjoys having themselves photographed or videotaped during s-x acts. 3. a play on words to the term “glitteratti” but for p-rn stars, and wh-r-s, both male and female.
