(v) the act of gripping the base of one’s flaccid p-n-s and twirling it around (mimicking the whirling motion of a helicopter blade) when jumping from a tall structure; usu. in an attempt to slow one’s descent.
the c-ck-o-copter is thought to have been invented by scotsmen in the early 1400’s, as an effective method of flying/gliding when combined with the parachute-like properties of their kilts. the overall goal is an effect much like that achieved by modern-day airships (blimps).
