it’s an orange juice mixed with vodka. you don’t make one for yourself but others and when you give it to them, you say: “comment ca vas” which is french for “how’s it going”.
in english it’s commensavas all in on word said not as a greeting but to say you’ll get them a vodka orange juice.
usually drank strong in the morning when already drunk
