Con-txting
the act of pretending you are busy texting so as to avoid making awkward eye contact with people who are walking p-ssed you in public. by con-txting, you “con” people into believing you are too busy texting to look up at them.
jane: “so i’m at the mall and this creepy old dude is walking towards me so i took out my phone and started con-txting”
