a town inhabbited entirely by african americans, sometimes known as n-gg-rville, n-gg-rtown or little africa. a c–ntown is generally marked by a deathly foul smell (like rotted crayfish, elephant s-m-n, and mexican chilli sh-t.), large amounts of garbage scattered over the streets, black prost-tutes, drunk black people b-mming for money to buy liquor. usually the population suffers from a high unemployment and reliance on welfare.
