a simple, friendly game played with friends, where all that are partic-p-ting get drunk, and in anyway possible act suspicious to attract the attention of police authority. then the partic-p-nts see if they are able to outrun the police while still drunk.
there is often money in involved where those that get caught owe an agreed amount of money to those that manage to get away.
jay and rachel were able to out run the police in the game of cops and mice on the weekend. alex owed $20 to both jay and rachel.
