example:

listening to your customer’s issue with empathy and then with knowledge, -ssisting your customer to a satisfactory resolution for her/him and the company you represent in a postive and friendly fashion.
customer care is a concept of how to treat a customer no matter what the issue. treat the person as you yourself would like to be treated.
