someone who floats around online with no purpose in life annoying people. similar to a common fart. they are not a good person, neither a bad person, just annoying.
a cyber fart typically spams social networks like reddit submitting hundreds of links everyday.
that cyberfart has floating around reddit today, i think i will just ignore him and hope he goes away.
