adjective describing a person who is exhibiting a finely balanced combination of fancy dress and ghetto behaviors. similar to ghetto fabulous with a different feel.
the “dapper” side can include a debonair and cl-ssy aesthetic with tailored dress and thoughtful appearance.
the “ratchet” side is usually influenced by a high consumption of intoxicants which causes behavior to deteriorate or change steadily through a series of irreversible steps.
