deadbeat dad

someone who rather spend time with homies, than with his own child.
bunthy is such a deadbeat dad. he doesn’t even spend times with his son. he rather hang with the homies at the skate park.
a father who does not provide for a family that he was part of creating. does not have morals or a responsible enough nature to realize how difficult he is making life for his family.
my husband works and keeps his money to himself and decides what he is going to pay and when. he wanted to get married, he wanted to have children and now that we do he isn’t stepping up to the plate to ensure our future. i am 6 months pregnant, we have a two year old and i work over 40 hours a week trying to make ends meet. for 4 months he made excuses as to why he was not making any money and yet he takes all the credit playing himself out to be the provider. there should be a definition for a dead beat husband who causes his wife so much grief that she wants to get a divorce and then he becomes the deadbeat father.
a pitiful excuse of a sub-human being. it is likely that you will find this said sub-human in a bar, drinking and playing pool with an unattractive and probably overweight piece of trailer trash you wouldn’t want around your kids. although, this is probably fine because the deadbeat doesn’t even come around, so it’s probably no big deal. (see barfly) this barfly which is often -ssociated with a deadbeat father probably has child problems of her own. commonly, the barfly’s sp-wn are from numerous fathers and the children are probably in the father’s/state’s care, in fact, the barfly probably screwed up so much there’s no possible way she could ever get her kids back, even if the said father of the barfly’s children were to die.
the deadbeat father can often be seen wearing $150 sungl-sses(probably oakley’s because he’s suffering from peter pan syndrome and wants to live in the 90’s) and is sporting a $300 cell phone. he probably is unemployed, drawing unemployment, and works under-the-table,(to help support his and his barfly’s habit), which he freely admit to the judge because of his dwindling iq due to the heavy amounts of beer and marijuana comsumption.
due to lack of functioning braincells, he is unable to remember the children or their birthdays and will often call on the wrong date if he even calls at all. of course, because the deadbeat is so self centered, he believes he is a wonderful father and believes other fathers should be just like him.

1. mary’s father skipped town when she was five and she never heard from him again. what a deadbeat dad!
2. my dad’s always off drinking or gambling. the lousy deadbeat’s never around.
a loser father who is almost never around, flaky, and breaks promises, usually made to his kids.

mom: of course not. he’s a dead beat dad.
a father, no longer living with his wife/girlfriend and child(ren), who refuses to pay child support.
a deadbeat dad who can’t keep a shirt on his kid’s back should be shot in the head.
an irresponsible father who hasn’t the decency to do his moral, legal and ethical duty to support his child or at least to offer token payments of child support according to what he can afford or explain why not and what his plan is to make it up in the future.
i wish my former son-in-law wasn’t a deadbeat dad and that the next time he wanted to get a body piercing he’d send that money to his son.
a man who does not pay child support and/or maintain regular contact with his children. or a b-m who, though still sleeping with the mother, does nothing to contribute to the household either financially or by taking care of the home/children. often an abusive man or an addict. always lazy and self absorbed.
my mother had to garnish my dead beat dad’s paycheck, but we still never hear from him.
