Debloatation
the act of no longer being bloated. many people wait for this holy moment after weeks of gorging large amounts of food. usually after christmas, or other holidays involving eating.
sometimes it can be quite a slow process, from getting bloated, until you return to a state of unbloatedness. the phenomena of the bloatation cycle is normally reserved solely for the female population.
“i was so bloated but now i feel normal again… must be the debloatation”
“just wait for the debloatation, you’ll lose 4lbs”
