Sclerosing adenosis
sclerosing adenosis n.
A benign nodular breast lesion occurring most frequently in young women and consisting of hyperplastic distorted lobules of acinar tissue that exhibit increased collagenous stroma. Also called adenofibrosis, fibrosing adenosis.
