Urethral crest
urethral crest n.
In the female, a conspicuous longitudinal fold of mucosa on the posterior wall of the urethra.
In the male, a longitudinal fold on the posterior wall of the urethra extending from the uvula of the bladder through the part of the urethra that tranverses the bladder.
