The person who originally developed Report Program Generator and coined the phrase GIGO (garbage in: garbage out).
In 2004, after more than forty years in computing, he was writing for PC Plus magazine in the UK and doing Wilf’s programmers workshop amongst other things. He died on 2007-01-01 after a long illness.
