Td is the vaccine given to children over six and adults as boosters for immunity to diphtheria and tetanus.

  • Immunocompetent

    Able to develop an immune response. An immunocompetent body is able to recognize antigens and act against them. Immuno- competent is the opposite of immunodeficient.

  • Immunocompromised

    Having an immune system that has been impaired by disease or medical treatment.
