Xeromammography


Xeroradiography of the breast. Xeroradiography is a photoelectric method of recording an x-ray image on a coated metal plate, using low-energy photon beams, long exposure time and dry chemical developers.

The prefix xero- comes from the Greek “xeros” meaning “dry.”
