1630-master


1630-master is a 3/4″ U-Matic videotape that can store your music program in digital form along with time-code information that is used to mark track locations. The digital sampling frequency for a 1630 CD master must be 44.1 KHz. In digital mastering the original tape recording is converted to the 1630-master which will contain the digital music transcript along with the time code information.
