Apple TV
A $99 digital media receiver from Apple that can play movies from sources like Netflix, television shows, YouTube and Video videos, live sports, music and photo multimedia content and more on a widescreen TV from a computer or iOS-powered device that supports AirPlay. AirPlay wirelessly streams content from – and can even mirror the screen of – devices like the iPad and iPhone.
A third generation Apple TV device debuted in March 2012 in conjunction with the release of the third generation iPad. The updated Apple TV offers full 1080p HD resolution, a new A5 processor and a completely redesigned user interface.
