Meebo instant messaging application
A popular Web-based instant messaging application that enables users to automatically log in to multiple IM services while working within a single browser-based interface.
Meebo supports most IM services and social networking sites, including MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk, ICQ, Jabber, Twitter and Facebook.
Meebo Messenger apps are also available for smartphones like the iPhone/iPod Touch, Android and Blackberry. Meebo additionally offers a free service called “meebo me” that lets users create a chat widget for use on Web pages. Visitors to the meebo me-powered Web site will appear as buddies on the user’s chat list.
Meebo is free to use but is ad-supported.
