MSCONFIG


Built into Windows 98, 98SE, ME, and XP, MSCONFIG or the Microsoft System Configuration Utility is a tool designed to help you troubleshoot problems with your computer. MSCONFIG allows you to edit your start-up applications and provides access to the SYSTEM.INI, WIN.INI, amd BOOT.INI files.

To launch the MSCONFIG to go to: START -> RUN -> type MSCONFIG -> [ENTER]
