detroit joy ride
the act of stealing a car and driving it around for a short period of time before taking it out to a secluded field and setting it on fire.
this practice doubles the adrenaline experienced by compounding the felonies committed.
it’s hard to say whether it began in detroit, but they most certainly perfected the art.
