one who caries on in such a way as to be both a disruption and disrespectful all at once.
angie is a poor student, unable to remain focused. angie fills time in the cl-ssroom surfing the web,speaking out of turn about things totally unrelated to the subject at hand and ignoring pleas to be quiet. angie walks in and out of the room whenever the urge strikes. generally being disruptspectful.
