so your considering using a proxy to a certain site to commit illegal activity, or just to f-ck sh-t up on a site that has your ip addy banned? a double proxy is used when your too scared of getting caught, so you proxy your way into a proxy, then go to the site of your desire. kindsa like the internet version of putting a condum over your condum. (as if anyone would even use one condum)
