complete and utter sh-t.
“wow, that was a wasted 20 minutes of my life, i think i’ll go and shoot myself now”
a poor attempt to recreate the original dragonball series.
wow. they even came up with a poor excuse to make goku small again. dragonball gt sucks
taking place 10 years after the final dragonball z story, emperor pilaf finally manages to get all 7 dragonb-lls and makes a wish. unfortunately for pilaf, he gets fl-stered by the presence of goku and wishes for goku to be a child again so that pilaf could “teach him a lesson.” pilaf gets his wish, and goku is off on an interstellar trip to gather the 7 “black star dragonb-lls” that can reverse the wish and return him to adulthood. the black star dragonb-lls also have lethal side effects. after a wish has been granted, the black star dragon b-lls spread all over the galaxy. if all seven b-lls are not re-collected and returned to the planet on which the wish was granted, the planet will explode. goku and vegeta also turn super saiyan 4 in this series and also fuse to form gogeta.
dragonball gt aired in the u.s. on toonami in 2003. unlike the first two series, it was not based on the original dragon ball manga. there are a total of 64 episodes.
a series that i have died waiting to see and was upset to see how much they screwed it up.

it makes me so made when ppl have to wreak a incredabley cool show, i just wanna spear all the writers and then finish them of with a jackhammer

the anime sequel to dragonball and dragonball z which were quite possibly the greatest mangas ever made. they were made by akira toriyama in the weekly shonen jump and were very successful animes (although i would prefer the comics, or j-panese voices).

another going-to-be-underrated show rereleased in america in a completely sh-tty version. holy cr-p!
the minute i saw the american version i was like, “holy sh-t, you cannot put that kinda sh-tty music to a cool cartoon to make it cooler, it makes it sh-tty, and why the h-ll did they cut out half the freaking series?”
i can predict there will be no character development with any of the new characters, and no further development with the old characters, because all of that has been taken out.
goku is not the same character as he was in db or dbz as he is in dbgt.
but american halfwits with billions of dollars screwed the whole show up.

i saw the dragon ball gt series in j-panese with subt-tles. the entire series, mind you. i know what the h-ll i am talking about.
a non-canon sequel to dragon ball z that doesn’t live up to the dragon ball name. due to it’s inconsistencies, terrible storyline and character designs. akira toriyama didn’t even write the d-mn thing. dbgt was made to milk the franchise.
