Dream Journal
a recollection of the dreams and memories from periods of rem sleep. these memories are generally clearest shortly after awakening and are encouraged to be recorded in this time period. a dream journal is usually a black composition notebook with pen or pencil tucked inside of it, located between the mattress and the box spring of the bed. some people believe that keeping a dream journal will increase their chance of dream lucidity. others keep a dream journal for the sake of entertainment or introspection
dalton (reading a dream journal): “may 3, 2010 – may 4, 2010 “last night i dreamt that i was at a party when the furniture turned into nutella. shortly thereafter, my h-rny s-x girlfriend showed up wearing nothing but a smile!”
