when one is overcome by something lame, stupid or annoying, saying “uh right” becomes to hard or inappropriate for the surroundings.

one will exclaim “eh rhet” instead.
example 1.
person 1: “hey, wasn’t that american idol episode so f-cking cool last night?
person 2: “eh rhet!”

example 2.
you fart/shart loudly suddenly around strangers
you mutter “eh rhet”

example 3.
your at a terrible concert,
the crowd cheers, while you squeal “ehhhhhh rheeeeeeeet!!!!”
