hebrew for “truth.” it’s used as an interjection after a statement that is true. see also tru.

to meet someone on electronic media (fb, twitter, etc) without ever meeting in person
i have often tried to explain to my family and other people how i have friends whom i feel close to even though i have never really ever met them in person. for example, “margo and i have been friends for a year. we e-met on fb.”
