a way to acknowledge another person, not necessarily another way to say h-llo as you could acknowledge them well after you have made your initial ‘err fill’. sometimes ‘err fill’ is another way to b-mp a thread or just b-mp an irc or msn conversation between fellow ‘err fillers’. ‘err fill’ can also be used to express other emotions. fat fill can also be used. see ‘fat fill’ on definithing for more on the ‘fill’ phenomenon.
