Eyeball Snowcone
(noun) the result of discharging your -j-c-l-t- into someone’s eye. usually, the eyelid is held open by the individual receiving the snowcone and the head is tilted back. eyeball snowcone purists will occasionally press the tip of their p-n-s directly onto the eyeball as they -j-c-l-t-. this is often referred to as an old school eyeball snowcone.
