someone who, although trashy, is also simultaneously fabulous. often used to describe beautiful individuals who dress incredibly well, but also possess trashy traits; a cigarette-smoking, c-ked up alcoholic who still knows to match her new lime green manolo blahniks with her new fabulous salmon colored silk chanel dress and over-sized black fendi sungl-sses.
upon moving to paris, awkward inconspicuous jenny finally fell in love with fashion and rocked her jimmy choos well, but was often seen puking into side-alley trash bins like common fabutrash.
a person of trailer trash decent with delusions of being fabulous.
