Fear of Comedy
a popular progressive neo metal band from western australia. started in 2005 as a post punk outfit headed up by their talented and gnostic lead singer, laith tierney.
over the years the band has evolved significantly. the current metamorphosis has shed its fan base to become an ear raping apotheosis of itself. they utilise a string of big words sn-tched from a thesaurus to make themselves appear more learned, so to appeal to a more specialised segment of pretentious university types.
fear of comedy present a lesson for all musicians that talented types who surround themselves with sychophants who will never disagree with you, will inevitably be enveloped by their own hubris which is their fated undoing.
