a fat drunk d-ckhead that hangs out at public events and mingles with anybody, the individual may pig out on food or jus simply make a fool of himself while people laugh at him for his utter stupidity. they may also play with there belly b-ttons while talking about s-x. they usually wear clothes that are too small for them and wont buy new clothes which causes them to wear the same clothes daily without bathing. some develop odors that u may be able to smell before even being near them.
